Recycling and rubbish disposal services for residential, communal and commercial users.
Work starts at Glengorm household amenity site, Mull, on 23 June, as part of upgrades funded by Scottish Government’s Recycling Improvement Fund. Please expect some delays over the next three weeks. These could last up to two hours, but we will do all we can to keep them to a minimum and appreciate your patience during this time. Please follow any instructions given by site staff.
Read moreUnfortunately we were unable to complete our recycling route today 19/6/25. Please take your bins in and present them on the next scheduled collection - Thursday 3rd July. We will also collect any excess recycling you have. we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Read moreThe recycling lorry has suffered a breakdown and will be returning to the mainland for repair. In the meantime, the smaller vehicle will be carrying out the service of small 240ltr bins until further notice.
Read moreThe replacement vehicle for the broken recycling lorry has now also broken. All recycling was completed on Saturday 10th May. Unfortunately, going forward from Monday 12th May, we are stuck again without a working lorry to pick up 1100L and 660L recycling bins. We will update when the 1100L and 660L can be uplifted.
